The LBC LMO Series Mini Rack Oven delivers high-velocity, even-bake results in a highly versatile, compact footprint. Engineered to maximize kitchen real estate, the LMO can be mounted directly onto an equipment stand or stacked cleanly on top of an LBC proofer base, making it an excellent all-in-one production zone for convenience stores, cafes, small bakeries, and culinary kiosks. Available in both Gas (LMO-G) and Electric (LMO-E) configurations, this mini-powerhouse brings the technology of high-capacity industrial ovens down to a counter-height solution without sacrificing advanced steam or airflow. Key features of the LMO Mini ovens include:
- Modular stacking & placement - choose the configuration (6, 8, or 10 pan) that fits your products and stack it on a basic stand or the matching LBC proofer base for a self-contained vertical proofind and baking station (stand or proofer sold separately)
- Internal rotating rack: Unlike standard convection ovens that require manual pan rotation, the LMO Mini's feature an internal rotating rack system, saving labor and giving a completely uniform bake
- Equipped wtih build-in, fast recovering steam system to provide quick bursts of moisture needed to create perfect crusts, excellent shine, and optimal volume
- ETL and ETL Sanitation listed (Meets ANSI Z83.11 and NSF 4 Standards)
